Iredell Water Corporation has recently upgraded our online and phone payment systems. You will notice a new look to the credit card payments online, which should make payments faster and easier for our customers. We have also upgraded to an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for payments over the phone and it will now be available 24 hours a day.  This system has both English and Spanish options for voice response which will allow you to interact with the system via a telephone keypad. You may pay by credit/debit cards and now electronic check has been added as a new payment feature. The fee the processor charges for phone payments has also been reduced to $2.50. Iredell Water Corporation ha actualizado recientemente nuestros sistemas de pago en línea y por teléfono. Usted notará un nuevo aspecto a los pagos con tarjeta de crédito en línea, lo que debería hacer que los pagos sean más rápidos y fáciles para nuestros clientes.
