Notice is hereby given that newly Amended & Restated Corporation Bylaws were adopted and restated at the monthly meeting of Board of Directors of Iredell Water Corporation held at Iredell Water Corporation on March 19^th, 2024, following approval of the Corporation membership at the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting held prior the same day. An amendment was made to Section 6.11.5 to update the Directors Compensation. The amended and restated bylaws are available on our website by clicking the “Forms & Reposts” tab then choosing "All Forms & Reports" in the drop down box. Then go to the lower section of the page and open the document titled "Amended & Restated Corporation Bylaws 2024".
