58th Annual Meeting of the Members

Notice is hereby given that the 58^th Annual Meeting (“Annual Meeting”) of the Members of Iredell Water Corporation (“Corporation”) will be held at Iredell Water Corporation, 571 Jennings Rd, Statesville, NC on Tuesday, March 17^th, 2026. Registration will begin at 5:45 PM EST with the business meeting to commence at 6:00 PM EST.

This is the Annual Meeting required by the corporation charter with the following items of business to be considered and acted upon:

1. To elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors who will replace expiring members of the Board of Directors. Each elected member will serve for a three (3) year term, or until their successors are elected and qualified. The Nominating Committee is presenting for nomination the following:

             Harmony-Union Grove District                     Ed Bissell

                     Proposed position: Director

            Cool Springs District                                      Franklin Rash

                     Proposed position: Director

            Fairview District                                             Kent Blackwelder

                     Proposed position: Director

2. To consider and act upon such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
